Shipping & Returns

Shipping is free on every order. There is no minimum spend and no shipping charge is added at checkout.

• Orders are dispatched by our fulfilment partner once payment has cleared.
• Tracking details are emailed to you as soon as your parcel is handed to the carrier.
• Delivery times vary by destination. The estimate that applies to your address is shown during checkout and confirmed in your dispatch email.
• Orders ship directly from our fulfilment partner and may arrive in the partner's own packaging.
• Import duties or taxes may apply on international deliveries and are payable by the recipient.

If a parcel has not arrived within the estimate given in your dispatch email, contact us at support@yourstore.com and we will trace it for you.

Every order is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If the product is not right for you, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of what you paid.

• Email support@yourstore.com with your order number to start a return. We will send you the return address and instructions.
• Please return the item complete and in a condition that allows us to identify it.
• Once your return reaches us and has been checked, your refund is issued to the original payment method.
• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of us receiving the return. Your bank may take a few days more to show the credit.

If you are a consumer in the European Union or the European Economic Area, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. This right applies in addition to, and does not limit, the 30-day money-back guarantee above.

• The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party you have nominated, takes physical possession of the goods.
• To exercise the right, tell us your decision by a clear statement sent to support@yourstore.com. Sending your notice before the period expires is enough.
• Return the goods to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after telling us you are withdrawing.
• We will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive the goods back or you supply proof of return, whichever is earlier.
• Reimbursement is made using the same means of payment you used for the order, at no fee to you.
• You may be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
